NovaAgri performs in the entire chain for agricultural storage and moving. The company is structured in a manner to attend the four large areas of the business, performing independently, but planned within a matrix style organization, making best use of the several synergies that exist between these areas.

We offer warehouses and silos in the upcountry, road and rail transport services, as well as a complete infrastructure at ports and port-backups, which fulfills a diversified logistics chain, ready to attend you, from farm-gate to dockside.
The Bulk Unit is responsible for the storage chain and for moving agricultural commodities in bulk, mainly soya and corn. This also includes the sorghum range, rice, sugar in bulk and alcohol. The unit offers receiving services, standardization, storage, dispatch and transshipments to railways, in the upcountry warehouses.
The Intermodal Unit offers logistics services for agricultural commodities that are exported via containers, such as cotton, coffee, sugar, and some special varieties of soya.
Two kinds of services are offered: storage upcountry in our own sites, mainly for cotton bales, and storage followed by container uploading in the port of Santos. NovaAgri operates the largest port-backup terminal in Brazil, dedicated exclusively to agricultural commodities in containers, located in Cubatão, SP.
The Transport Unit (freight) is dedicated to offer services related to intermodal transport (road, rail, waterways) for all agricultural commodities. We transport products from the farm, right up to the destination, and our network of branches and outsourced transport companies is capable of picking up your commodities at their origin and delivering them in the domestic market or at Brazilian ports. Besides this, we can structure intermodal transport operations conjointly with the large railway companies.
This represents one of the great differentials provided by NovaAgri, and it can be summed up as follows: the client chooses the moment, the buyer and the best terms to commercialize his production. With our independent network of stores and silos, in combination with the financial services that we can provide, it becomes feasible to avoid the peak harvest times, when freight costs are very high. Being capable of deciding when and whom to sell to, our clients can obtain the best value for their sales and the lowest costs for logistics.
By storing the produce in the company’s warehouses, the client can seek the best credit lines for stock financing, at the most favorable rates, supported by Certificates of Deposit and Warrants (CDA – “Certificados de Depósito Agropecuário”, and WA “Warrants Agropecuários”). Using his production as guarantee and the reliability of an independent storing company, the producer can now count on a new option for financial leveraging.
